PlayMetrics is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the way youth sports organizations operate. Our industry-leading platform is trusted by thousands of clubs, leagues, and governing bodies to manage operations, communication, scheduling, and player development, all in one place. 

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Director of Growth Marketing to own and evolve the company’s growth marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will oversee the acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion, with particular emphasis on driving quality pipeline growth across various target markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, who thrives in a high-growth, metrics-driven environment.

This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a local candidate to work in the office at our Morrisville, NC headquarters, currently hybrid work-from-home three days per week, but subject to the Company’s needs and policies in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
    Drive qualified top-of-funnel growth through SEO, paid acquisition (search, social, display), events, partnerships, and outbound email initiatives.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • SEO & Website Optimization
    Oversee all SEO strategy and website optimization initiatives to increase organic traffic and conversions.

  • Paid Media Management
    Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns with clear ROI targets; oversee performance and continually optimize.

  • Outbound Email Programs
    Own and optimize outbound email strategy, infrastructure, messaging, and automation, working closely with sales to ensure alignment.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    Lead A/B testing and experimentation across our website, landing pages, and campaign flows to improve conversion rates at every stage.

  • Team Leadership
    Manage and mentor a growing team of marketers and external vendors; foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Analytics & Optimization
    Define, track, and report on KPIs across all growth channels. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

  • Will be at least 18 years of age

  • Will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing

  • 6-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies.

  • Proven success in leading multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.

  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), email automation, and website CRO.

  • Experience managing a high-performance team and working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing attribution, KPIs, and dashboards (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Looker).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • HubSpot experience preferred. 

  • Passion for youth sports or familiarity with the sports tech ecosystem is a plus.

  • Can read, write, and fluently speak and understand English

  • Will be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer in the US.
