Overview:
PlayMetrics, LLC is a rapidly growing PE-backed company offering management software with integrated payments to youth sports clubs and governing bodies nationwide. The Financial Analyst will manage essential workstreams across Finance, Accounting, and Treasury at PlayMetrics.
Note: This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a local candidate to work in the office at our Morrisville, NC headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Assist in production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for executive management, Board and Investors
- Contribute to all aspects of PlayMetrics’ financial operations, including AP, AR, Cash, invoicing/billing, subscription renewals, sales tax, etc.
- Manage Sales order form creation, including interfacing with Sales and reviewing and approving orders
- Ensure data integrity across CRM, quote, order form management, billing, and revenue recognition systems
- Offer cross-functional support when needed including: payment processing operations and risk, etc.
- Opportunity to become involved with the production of KPIs, modeling, and budgeting over time
Requirements
- Will be at least 18 years of age
- Will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis
- Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and help wherever necessary
- Resourcefulness to address new problems and scale abilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Can read, write, and fluently speak and understand English
- Will be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer in the US.
